About Me

My name is Rashaun Hill, and I am a public administration graduate student at Rutgers University–Newark. I began my higher education journey in 2018, enrolling at Essex County College immediately after high school. After earning my associate degree, I transferred to Rutgers–Newark, where I continued developing my academic and professional foundation in public service.

During my undergraduate studies, I was accepted into the School of Public Affairs and Administration’s Accelerated Master’s Program, allowing me to begin graduate-level coursework while completing my bachelor’s degree. I have since graduated with my Bachelor of Arts and am now completing the final requirement for my Master of Public Administration (MPA) — this professional portfolio.

Throughout my academic career, I have focused on developing practical skills in public-sector communication, policy analysis, equity-centered problem solving, and organizational management. This portfolio represents not only my academic work, but my growth as a future public servant committed to ethical leadership, accountability, and community impact.
