Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything one learned in school.

Education Intervention Plan

This group project examines the root causes of academic disparities among 4th–8th grade students using NAEP performance data. Through analytical frameworks and stakeholder mapping, we identified systemic barriers such as limited teacher support, outdated curricula, and unequal funding. The intervention plan proposes evidence-driven solutions including professional development, adaptive learning technologies, and targeted funding reallocation. The project highlights the use of analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and critical evaluation to promote educational equity and measurable improvement in student outcomes.

The Relationship Between Health Information Technology and Physician Turnover

This analytical study investigates the correlation between Health Information Technology (HIT)—specifically Electronic Health Records (EHR)—and physician turnover rates. By synthesizing national survey data and scholarly literature, it demonstrates how HIT-related stress, administrative overload, and usability issues contribute to burnout and attrition in healthcare organizations. The paper proposes management strategies such as workflow redesign, user-centered technology training, and burnout prevention initiatives. It underscores the importance of data-informed leadership to balance innovation with human-centered organizational design.
