Using NAEP data to identify learning disparities in reading and math, the proposal integrates fiscal responsibility with evidence-based educational reform. It outlines a plan emphasizing strategic resource allocation, measurable performance outcomes, and collaborative partnerships between schools and community stakeholders. The artifact showcases the ability to balance efficiency, equity, and accountability in addressing systemic academic inequities.
